Consistent with the programmatic guidelines for the biennium of the Presidency and in order to draw an initial general framework related to the planned and delivered educational offerings of the sector ICAR/04 Roads Railways Airports, among Italian Universities, the SIIV Governing Council chaired by Prof. Orazio Baglieri, with the contribution of Members from different Academic Seats, formalized the establishment of a new Study Commission on Teaching to be coordinated by Prof. Anna Granà | University of Palermo.
The newly established Teaching Commission is in addition to the two SIIV Commissions already active:

• Road Regulations Commission (coord.re Prof. S. Damiano Cafiso | University of Catania);
• Commission on Ecological Transition and Sustainability of Transportation Infrastructure (coordin.re Prof. Francesco Canestrari | Politecnica delle Marche).
